We're moving & we got hitched!!

Hey there....Just thought I would share a little insight about why I have been M.I.A and why I will be M.I.A some more until we get established.

So, my FI just got stationed in Puerto Rico (YAY!!) I'm so excited, but it's happening sooo soon! So he leaves March 7th and I'm going to stay around and pay off some bills and save some money. I will leave May 14th. So....in order for me to go with him & for other reasons....we decided to get hitched! So we did the typical Vegas last minute elopement last weekend.....We dressed up (70's style) and got a limo and went through the drive threw Little White Wedding Chapel!

So, I'm a married woman, but we don't plan on doing the name change or wedding bands until Cabo. Vegas was fun, but it still won't compare to what Cabo will be...I'm really looking forward to Cabo & really looking forward to our re-location!!

On another note...as soon as I get there I will try and get familiar with all the locations out there so I can help out some Puerto Rico future brides or honeymooners!!!

Seriously, that sounds smart to stay back for a little while and get things in order!

 

FH has some Army buddies in Puerto Rico and I think they are going to come over to Punta Cana for a day or two while we are there.

Congratulations on getting hitched! Vegas was perfect for your pre-wedding marriage. I bet dressing up 70s style was so much fun. You're right, Cabo will be nothing like Vegas! We did a legal ceremony too before our Cabo wedding.
