I use the dvds all the time & we don't have a bar. I just skip that part. I'm not that into chinups anyway. Its not something I did much when I worked out at a gym.

If you have something high in the room to attach a resistance band to- that would work as well. That's how I do my pull ups because I can't do many regular ones.

He is a big dork. It makes me laugh sometimes, but I tend to mute him. I've listened enough to be able to quote him & my friends & I do it pretty often. My favorite is "zoom in on my dinky little calves."

Right now, I'm into turbo jam. I love turbo sculpt and the cardio kickboxing workouts. I'm going to look into P90X once I get bored of turbo jam.

ive seen the informercials for it and it does look very good. you need to get "the abs diet for women" book to go along with it. its like 15 bucks (the just made that one for women since the one for men is like a best seller) its the best nutrional and healthy lifestyle book ive ever read. GET IT
