The best workout DVDs I have ever owned- P90X

started the food today....anyone have any good recipes? It all seems so bland...and I can't eat that many egg whites either!

I don't do the diet, but when I was working out at a body building gym (the same gym where one of the American Gladiators works out) my trainer introduced me to IsoPure protein powder. Now these people were crazy huge at this gym, think of those body builder girls all tanned up in bikinis walking around. But they knew their stuff and this protein shake is pretty decent. I drink one for my high protein snack on a fairly regular basis. Definitely an option over eating egg whites all the time

ohh good call Annette, thanks...i think i may be substituting a lot of protein shakes as i can't eat as much meat and egg whites as it calls for.

I did the same thing, find a good protein shake and you can change it up every day... light vanilla muscle milk powder, nonfat milk, ice & a little flax peanut butter and a banana was one I loved and it was like dessert. I know that sounds weird or gross but it covers a lot of the bases and tastes amazing

I happen to love eggs but now I am getting a bit tired of them. I have been doing the protein shakes and what an improvement!

LOL!!! My FI and I were just joking about Superman/Banana... I HATE Core Synergistics so much... we are the only people we know doing P90X so nobody gets it, your drunk challenges sound like so much fun
