I love to hear about peoples posts to try and tone up for their weddings it makes me want to start working on it too!! It can do for you as much or as little as you want. It can design a meal plan, exercise plan, gives tips and advice. Or you can enter everything you've done or eaten.

I'm sure they have a blog for people getting married and trying to loose some lbs.

I totally just bought this and am doing this as a way to get in shape for the wedding and just life! I dont know if I want to look like the people in those commercials but I do want to slim it down and tone up for sure! I am currently on day 5 and kinda want to cry LOL in a good way though! I want to try it....I had friends that did it and they look amazing...they just always complained about how much you had to eat - it makes you eat a lot, huh?
