Have you exercised today?

I haven't worked out yet today but I will get in 30 min of cardio and some leg work. I have my RT class tomorrow so I don't want to be too sore. Yesterday I ran and walked around the track four times and that's about 3.5 miles. It was so much harder than running on the treadmill!

offtopic2.gif It was stolen from Temple University last Thurs night. They recovered it Friday...we went to look at it on Sat, and it was COMPLETELY stripped; they took everything that was of any value, even his shift knob!!! And now his insurance company is dragging their heels, and he can't get a rental till they go down and assess the damage to the car... it's all so frustrating. Like it's HIS fault that someone took his car!!!

Heidi that sucks! I cant believe they are being so hard on him. Like its his fault? Gotta love insurance companies! Hopefully it gets worked out soon and then you can get your car back!!

In the meantime, maybe you could go jogging or walking for some exercise? (see I got us back on topic here! LOL)

Hey gals, I was doing so well last week, but then I got sick on the weekend. So, I have not done anything this week. I am planning on hitting the gym on Thursday night and I have an appt. to see my trainer on Friday at noon. I hope that goes well and I keep it up next week.

I got up this morning and did turbo jam cardio party! 3 days in a row of getting up and working out, my whole body hurts! I just keep reminding myself that summer is coming and I want to buy new clothes and I only have 5 months to my wedding, yikes!

Keep up the good work Jilly!!!!

I went running with a co-worker yesterday after work. It was so nice, there were so many runners out it was unbeleivable. I got up this morning and did my pilates, so I'm feeling good.

I did 45 minutes of turbo sculpt this morning, my entire body hurts, this is day 4 in a row, I'm so proud of myself for getting up every morning!

 

As I was rolling over in bed last night, my muscles were in so much pain! Good pain, but pain nevertheless!

 

And I know this probably sounds really silly because its only been 4 days, but I put one of my work shirts on this morning and I swear it fit better! I know sounds stupid, but I'll take it!
