Everyone doing the 30-day shred . . .how is it working for you?

I got mine in the mail and haven't had a chance to try it yet but have heard great reviews!!

I'm currently playing squash and attending boot camp 2x a week so come the weekends I just want to work on the usual house "chores".

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I will be doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and then a workout dvd. It was going to be the 30 day Shred or Yoga by Jillian Michaels, but I am too sore from yesterday's kettleball workout. Maybe a cardio Turbo Jam workout for 30 minutes.

 

30 day shred is a great work out! You will love it!
