Did 20 min on elliptical and 20 mins on tready the mill.

While on tready I ran 1 whole mile non stop at a 2 incline, at 4.5mph speed!!!

Then I did 50 sit ups and 145 leg/butt lifts...

 

Tonight: running, abs, and arms!

 

I ordered a bikini from VS and I want to be able to look good in it!!!

I want to drop another 20lbs in 2 months. I can do it!!!!
