After body pump yesterday, I ran a 1km on the treadmill to time myself...I have a mini-triathlon in 3 weeks where I need to run 2km so I'm just trying to figure out my timing...I'm currently running it in 9minutes which is slow, I'd like to cut that down to 7.5min/km if I can.

 

Tonight after work, an hour in the pool swimming 2km, with 100m sprints throughout.
