50 min spin class tonight

 

Shakara - I've never tried that product, but I've got to be honest, no muscle stim will ever give you the results of hard work....if you have extra cushioning around your mid section, cardio is the only way to reveal your abs....to cut your abs its a matter of putting in the time to do a well rounded ab routine. Sorry, but you FI's right - total gimmick.

Way to go! I'm on Week 4, and I'm shocked at how prepared I am for running 5min straight which I would never had been able to do in the past. I downloaded the Podcasts to run with and he'll tell you when to walk or run so there is no thinking involved, just listening to the beat of the music and follow his directions for speeding up/slowing down...

 

I never thought I'd be a runner but I had a moment where I hit my stride on the weekend and I love it! Way to go for getting started!

Downloaded the app for my iPhone and it helps keep my attention away from doing the 60/90 sec subtraction math while on the treadmill, LOL!
