even though I think I'm getting sick, I still got up this morning and ran mile and half and had one hour free session with a personal trainer - kicked my booty!!!!

yeap just came back from the gym, after an intense kick on my butt by my trainer and 30 min of cardio

Man - did p90x arms last night and I can barely type today. We started the program from day 1 ... again. Because FI had been slacking. Uhh... we only have 92 days until we leave for the wedding! Bring it ;-p

i havent posted on this thread in forever! FI & I did weighlifting for 75 minutes this AM. i'm sure to be sore tomorrow

this morning, ran mile and half again, and did some weights with push ups, going to Core class this afternoon and running on the beach with FI - trying to get him in shape too!

P90X Plyo last night. It was killer for some reason. Then went out for sushi... woohoo the joys of working out

Sun: 35 min run

Mon: rest

Tues: 45 min elliptical in morning. Legs and 35 min upright bike in the evening

Wed (today): 45 min treadmill in morning. Will do chest and 35 min cardio this evening.

I started the p90x on monday....all the guys at work were doing it, so I decided to be trendy and do it too....I am so glad I started, I'm doing the lean p90x, and had shoulders and arms then I was supposed to do the ab ripper right after and I am so sore in the midsection that I coudn't do it!!! I'm so mad, I was looking forward to doing it........

My friend did the P90X and I've heard so many awesome things about it! I should get into it....hmmmm... I'm obsessed with the gym right now though, did spin class this morning, but it's not just any spin class, it's the toughest instructor.

She tells us after so many songs how many glasses of wine we burned, or how many pieces of cake we can eat now - it's hilarious!
