Hey Everyone...new to this! I did interval training on the treadmill today for 25 minutes. It's the best way to get a cardio workout quickly. Run at 6 mph for 2 minutes then sprint at 10 mph for 1 minute...repeat 8 times and there you have a quick, high calorie, and time efficient workout! I'm going back to the gym after work to work Chest and Triceps and some abs. HAPPY WORKOUTS!
