Started P90X today! OMG... it's killer. I think the worst thing was that we took pictures for comparison in 90 days. Yuk. But it will so be worth it :)

Oooh, Autjo.. P90X is a killer.. its a tough workout.. me and a few of my co-workers all have tried, and it was such a good work out. Good luck!

I did an hour of body pump on monday and was soooo sore I had to take tuesday off. I'm off to the gym for either body pump or spin, I think I'll flip a coin! P90X is a killer I heard. 3 of my co-workers are doing it and said they are dying, but feel great!

Went to step aerobics at lunch and had a great work out. I have tried the P90X Plus Interval DVD once and it was awesome! However, Tony Horton gets on my nerves after a while.

Went to "Total Body Pump" and increased weight on the Triceps track. WooYoo!

OOh I've heard great things about P90X....FI was thinking about doing it and wanted me to do it with him for motivation...we'll see how that works out LMAO...he may be doing CPR on me instead!

 

Did hit weights and 40 min of sprints...gettin back in the groooooooooove!

I made my FI get up at 6:15 this morning (Saturday) and brutalized both of us at the gym with a killer leg workout. I don't think he's going to talk to me tomorrow but it sure felt good once the endorphins kicked in!
