Yea for Zumba... I haven't been able to go in weeks! I'm back at the hotel till Sunday working long hours, but I did remember to pack my Shred DVD and weights so hopefully I'll be able to do that in the mornings before work. Man, just 8 lbs of weights makes my bag feel like a ton a bricks!

 

Keep up the hard work, everyone! Every little bit helps!!!

You girls are doing great and are super motivating!!!

I've been sooo bad lately.. eating and I havent seen the gym in months.

Actually I was pretty sick with a stomach thing for almost 2 months before they figured it out. I lost like 15 pounds! BUT now that I finally have my energy back I'm going to start watching what I eat again and getting to the gym to KEEP it off and tone up!!

Went to "Power Pump" at lunch and had a very packed 25-minute cardio/strength session with this DVD --> Jillian Michaels - The Biggest Winner! How to WIN By Losing - Shape Up - Backside. Thumbs up!

 

I know this works against my work out but I had lobster/crab/shrimp ravioli with pink vodka sauce for dinner. Jillian will definitely torture me next time. :P

Took a Zumba class yesterday at lunch for the first time....awesome class! It's so much fun that you forget you're even exercising! Today, I plan on taking TKB.

 

Also bought 2 Jillian Michaels DVDs after reading all about them on this thread: 30 Minute Shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I should be getting them on Monday!
