I didn't work out yesterday after work, but I did do 4.5 miles this morning. I'm going home tomorrow for a shower, so I doubt I'll be working out over the weekend... I just hope all of mamma's home cookin' doesn't catch up with me!

Had to work long hours today. All I did was step aerobics. Will make it up tomorrow.

I did hatha yoga last night, and today I'm doing my personal trainer routine before I hit the road and travel 4.5 hours to my future in-laws, with Nathan.

I skipped my run yesterday - the weather was crap. Ran 5K this morning.
