Have you exercised today?

Had an interesting thought while doing my 5k....I often see people set the treadmill incline so high they need to hold on to the control unit while walking....is it just me that this this is odd?

 

Does anyone else see this at their gym?

Well...I'm not really the athletic type!! I don't usually do much exercise, but I'd like to lose a few pounds before the wedding (and the bikini wearing!!). I walk my dog 15-20 mins every morning and then 20-30 (sometimes 45) every evening. I've also started doing a few crunches when I get back from my walks with the pooch! My friend and I are starting a Zumba class this evening - I'm soooo excited!!! I hope it's fun!!!
