Just got back from a 6K run...it killed me today. I hope this gets easier...

I did an hour of spin this morning...I have been a huge slacker lately, I was super motivated over the summer, but I just can't seem to force myself to go these days....At least I'm eating well to try and compensate...

I did 30 min on the elliptical and 30 min of killer abs (OnDemand work out)

Time to get back on track. Did yoga and the stair climber yesterday! That stair climber is a beast!

Hope to get some more cardio in today... and pilates tomorrow!

Really?! I wanna see a picture! I love hearing stories like that. I hear that I look like either Kristin Bell, or that girl from Cold Case, I always forget her name...Katherine Morris or something?
