I ran 5 kms last night in 31 minutes - as much as I didn't want to go, and the threat of rain was imminent I went anyway!

 

YAY me.

 

Anybody here doing the Nike Plus thing It is amazing!

I did 1 hour weight class last night and I was feeling it for sure.

 

Amarillis- Is the Nike Plus the thing for your shoe? I remember seeing it a while back in stores...

I am having a hard time getting motivated again. I haven't worked out in a week! I need help.

I got up at 6:30 this morning and went for a run! My running schedule begins I'm aiming for 3 times per week and I'm going to run longer each time until I build up to a good time, then I'll work on speed....I hope. I'm pretty pathetic right now!

o.k., I'm going to participate here even though I'm not working out to lose weight or anything. I really just need to stay in the gym for the rest of my pregnancy.

 

BUT - you girls can't laugh at my workouts.

 

I walked 32 minutes/2 miles last night on a 2% incline last night

I usually get up around 6:15 to hit the gym before work. But I am leaving work early today to go see the Dark Knight at the IMAX so I had to get in earlier than usual. I had every intention of getting up at 5:15 to hit the gym to make it work, but after going to bed at midnight, I couldn't do it. Now I'm so mad at myself! And to top it off, my FI and I went to Chili's for dinner last night. I feel so guilty!

Even after scarfing down... chips and salsa, fries and half turkey sandwich (with bacon and cheese)? It's just so hard for me to eat out. I need some magic pill that gives me serious self control. ARGH!

Ha, you should see what I ate in NYC this weekend! Major splurges. But I just try to forget about it and move on, haha.
