Ana- I've always wanted to try a spin class. Let us know how you like it.

With FI in the military I have access to the gyms on base which I love because we save money but they have no girly classes!

I've been alternating running 2 miles outside and then on the treadmil. The outside run is definitely more of a workout but it's getting pretty hot here in TX!

Everyone is doing awesome. I love this thread. It really does motivate me.

Yesterday: Arms, Calves & Abs.

Today: Back, Abs & 5mi bike.

 

Spoke with one of the trainers todat who's convincing me to start the Salsa Dance Cardio Class at the middle of May... we'll see if I sign up or not. Might be good to make 1 work-out day fun!

Worked out for one hour of full body weights in a class called Body Pump. We do a million squats, lunges, bicep curls and tricep extensions, and on and on...it works you till exhaustion while the instructor yells at you to keep going - amazing! I actually love it because it pushes me past the point I would ever push myself...kinda of like sharing a personal trainer with 30 other people. It also has the endurance component because the reps are so high...I always ache the next day but its so worth it!
