Have you exercised today?

My FI and I went for a 19km run today! last one before the 1/2 marathon. I'm taking it super easy on my legs this week, I think they need a break. But I'm joining a spinning class May 8th with a friend..yey! cheesy.gif

Thursday: Did pull exercises and 50 min cardio

Friday: push weights and 55 min cardio

Saturday: pull & 40 min cardio; went shopping with FI for 8 hours!!!!...that had to have burned a million calories

Sunday: Push weights with FI; no cardio

Today: just cardio (55 -60 minutes) giving arms a break!
