I took Saturday off

Sunday: Pull day (biceps, back, lats, squats & lunges; lower abs; FI "trained" me and kicked my booty; then instead of staying to do cardio we went for a 3 mile tough run out on the Dungenes spit....felt really good.

Monday: signed up for spin class then will do push weights after

Also....I made a HUGE lifestyle change and have started eating vegan. I already was pretty much a vegetarian, with sometimes exception of fresh local salmon. I'm feeling great so far. I already was practically vegan already from my diet of mostly fruits and veggies...only thing I'm missing is yogurt and cottage cheese...but I've added peanut butter and oatmeal back into my diet, which I wasn't eating much of before. We'll see...I'm still doing a lot of reading and research on how to get the adequate nutrition daily. If any of your worker-outers are vegan...tips would be much appreciated!

I didn't do much this weekend, I tried to give my leg a rest because I think it needed it. But today I'm back in workout mode and really excited about it!

Did my spin class last night followed by "push weights" Today is pull and 45 min cardio intervals. I'm looking forward to tomorrow off for my B-day! My big splurge is organic sulfite free red wine....yippee! I'm really living on the edge gals...heehee.
