Sarah, maybe its time to take a day off. They say you build more muscle by taking days off in between. Just go for a nice walk or something, don't do anything to hardcore, you don't want to hurt youself. Be nice to your body and do something low impact.

You can really hurt yourself by not letting your muscles relax. Cardio you can do everyday though, so get that in if you want, but you do need to take a day off, everyone should have at least one rest day a week.
