I joined a gym last night!!! I did 4.5 miles on the elliptical machine - it felt GREAT!!!!

I did the elliptical for 40 mins and then the treadmill for 30....

I did 50 mins on the elliptical last night. I was going to do weights after, but it was sooooo hot yesterday that even with the air cranked at the gym, it was too hot and humid to work out. So, I could not do any more after the cardio.

I am seeing my trainer tonight though, so she will make up for it.

Good job. I would stay away from Thursday nights as well then. Or, walk someone where there are no houses like on a board walk or in a park or something.

didn't have a lot of time last night, so I only did 30 mins on the elliptical. Today will be a longer day and the weekend will be yoga-filled! woohoo!! anyone want to take a yoga class with me? I could use a buddy!

I worked out with my trainer last night and she killed me. It felt great about an hour later though

 

As of next week I start seeing my trainer 2 times a week till the wedding. I am so excited about it. Not excited about the cost or her kicking my ass, but about getting into shape.

I got a wild hair up a** and ran, I mean ran for 50 minutes on the treadmill. I also did chest too.
