I did 50 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Tomorrow we are set to go on a hike!

I did chest and 50 minutes of cardio today.

took a bike ride around the state park today. It felt great!

Went to karate 1 day last week closed the other two days I go. I GAINED .6 of a pound. so mad.

 

Going to get detoxed with a hydrotherapy colonic sessions. They say you can lose up to 12lbs after teh entire 8 sessions. A little nervous but excited to. I have IBS and my stomach has been super sensitive lately. So hope it works

don't forget - when you build up muscle, you will gain wait but lose fat!!! don't get discouraged!

This weekend, I took a little run on Sat and yoga class for 1 1/2 hrs today... hopefully I'll be joining a gym in the next few weeks.

You are just barbie adventure arent you lol you are like 10lbs and you find time to do yoga for 100 hours and jog.(the best way to kill me) and now you want to join the gym.

I have to withdraw my hiking statement. With my face issues I didn't do CRAP this weekend - except eat brownies.

Sunday I did lats and cardio. Yesterday I did triceps, biceps and went to cardio kick boxing. I have not been to that class in 2 months!! But since I have been keeping up with the cardio I did pretty good!
