Have you exercised today?

Walked 5 miles outside yesterday. Legs were hurting so I didn't jog.

I am supposed to go to the gym, but instead I am going to go home and drink....not going in the right direction...

I took a 45 min step class at the gym last night, and i was sweating so much! Then I did 3.25 miles on the treadmill this morning.

Ran six miles last night around the park and heading there tonight again with FI to do another 6 miles. I am getting really frustrated with the gym right now with all these "New Year Resolution" people!!! It's irritating, so irritating to spend 20 minutes trying to find parking! They should have reserved parking spots for people who go to the gym YEAR ROUND!

 

Sorry about that, I just had to get it out of my system. I've been holding it in for about a month now!!

Just got back from hitting weights on my upper body. Abs is my weakest link and planning to crank up the cardio to burn fat. There is a stubborn layer of fat that doesn't seem to go away no matter what.

Gym last night and some kick boxing conditioning. Had to skip badminton and help my nephew study for a math exam.

Jogged 3.5 miles on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. A little back & shoulder work too.

Jogged 4.5 miles on the treadmill before appointment with the tailor.

This afternoon I ran 8 miles outside. The weather was beautiful! In the 70's with sunshine!!! If we have another day like today tomorrow, I'll more than likely be running again!
