I went to the gym before work today. 45 minutes cardio and abs!

I did 45 minutes of turbo jam, kind of half ass! I don't know why, but I felt like such crap this morning, I had a really hard time getting moving. I think its my allergies.

Just got back from a good, fast 10k. I am training for a half marathon, I better get my butt in gear, it will be here in no time. I do the Canadian running series every year, it is so much fun. Other than running (running is my drug of choice) I am not very deciplined about any other exercise, I wish I liked the gym, but it completely bores me.

All you girls are doing great!!! Keep up the good work! I woke up this morning and did nothing!! Isn't that great. I'm going to go running tonight! Yesterday I did pretty good, but I have to agree with of couple of you, that normally by the end of the week I don't want to do anything. I keep telling myself that I have to since I leave on the 4th of June...Yikes!

James and I went on a 30 minutes bike ride last night and I drug myself out of bed...again this morning...and went to the gym. Ran a mile and did upper body. Whew! I'm already sore!

I did 45 minutes of cardio and chest last night. Boy, am I hurting today after taking 3 days off!

It was hot today so went for a midnight run with my dog. I love running at night, it is so quiet, no honking horns and cat calling!
