We did play soccer yesterday (FI broke his toe!), but nothing other than that for a couple days. And I forgot Cindy at home, am at a new hotel this week in MA (hope they have a decent workout place), and my hand weights are in NC anyway. I have all sorts of excuses!

I only worked out once last week. PATHETIC! I am going tonight no matter what. My thighs need to get smaller.

I did the treadmill tonight, it was rough after a week off

For the past week I've made a point to ride my bike for 20 minutes before I get ready in the morning. ...so far so good!

I am working in Malden, but my hotel is in Revere - I just know that I am not that far away from BOS!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had a hard time working out in the last week. But I'm going to the gym tonight and Thursday for sure.

I would like to blame it on the cold weather but I can still workout at home so no one to blame but my laziness
