I am in NC for work again this week, but I actually brought Cindy along with me - now I just need to go to the store and buy some handheld weights. I am going to stick to this yet!

I got up and went to the gym today...i did not workout this weekend at the gym but I did some cleaning around the house...I did my 30 minutes of cardio and 30 min weight training (upper body today lower body tomorrow)

What did I tell you? That Cindy is one mean chick!! I never imagined I would be that sore from that kind of a workout, but it's brutal! I managed to do the DVD last week Tues, Fri & Sat- the other days I was so sore I couldn't move. I'm getting ready to go do it now...I'm hoping to eventually be able to do both workouts in one day. I am less than 4 months away from my wedding and I weighed myself to find that I managed to gain FIVE POUNDS!!!!!! over Christmas and New Years- YIKES!

Hey tough girl, muscle weighs more than fat ... that's what I keep telling myself! Yea - Cindy and I started out a little rough, but hopefully we end up being friends. I'll let you know how it goes!
