Oh I was shaking too - wasn't sure if I needed more water but I had a spoonful of peanut butter and felt better!!

My plan is to continue with it for the next 30 days but I may be skipping the odd day here and there . . . good luck with the shred!

Last night was 1/2hour on the stationary bike, plus light weights & abs.

 

Tonight, I should probably do something, but I may just end up laying tile so with running up and down the stairs from the 2nd floor to the basement to cut the tile, that has to amount to something.  I should wear my HR monitor just to see.

Yesterday was Zumba and then 30 minutes on the treadmill after work.

 

Tonight I am going to do a 60 minute dvd. I want to do one with some strength training so either Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism or a P90x dvd. - I ended up doing The Firm Cardio Scuplt dvd for 60 minutes.
