90 min kickboxing class

Shoowee, 7 miles?  I would fall out girl!  Good for you.  90 mins kickboxing ~ that sounds intense too! 

 

I got my Reebok Simply tones (FINALLY) and I love 'em already.  I wore them to the gym and for the most part didn't notice them too much except when I did bosu ball stuff.  Ball on ball makes stuff very tricky!!

 

I think I am going to host a "Bridal Bootcamp" for my guests when we closer to wedding time.  I just have to figure out activities and how we will all be able to participate!  Should be fun though!

Today: 30 minute lunchtime Zumba class

Tonight: 30 minutes on treadmill or maybe a yoga dvd

Tomorrow: cut and core in the morning, yoga in the evening
