wow, some of these workouts you ladies are doing sound really interesting!

 

last night I did 20min sprints on the elliptical level 5 and a bunch of crunches. My FI is on a super restrictive diet for a few weeks for medical reasons....it's got both of us eating SUPER healthy....something I hope we continue with once he's able to go off the diet!

Did 40 minutes of the hill setting on the elliptical then weights last night.

 

But today...

 

Thanks everyone! I was just complaining about having to go to the gym (which is 3 minutes away). Now, I am a little more motivated to go.

 

Going to do the leg-only elliptical at high incline to get the glutes!

 

Trainer tomorrow!
