Are you working with a TA?

My TA is taking care of booking everything for me. I emailed her immediately (in a slight panic) with the concern of reserving a room and whether I need to have money available right now to do so. She told me not to worry and I just gave her the confirmation number they gave me and the rest of the info and she said she would take care of it. Something about switching the request to be "under a TA". Sorry I know that's not extremely helpful... but if you have a TA maybe they can help?

I also emailed Valeria back in my initial panic asking about the whole room reservation thing and how long our wedding time would be "held" before it was given away. I havne't heard back from her yet but will let you know when I do.

My TA is with Marlin Travel and she is arranging ours. That might be an option.

Finally, got our confirmation today!

So it looks like on Thurs.Jan15, 2009 at 1pm on the beach FI and I will become Mr&Mrs Wood!!! Yahoo!!

There is also a girl from Winnipeg, who will be there that week as well. Canada will be represented that week!

Were going the week of Jan10-17th. Our wedding is booked for Jan14th at 1100; but I have asked that if a later time becomes available to have that time. It seem early; but I guess I would rather get married early rather than later so we have time for pictures and stuff...

This is what mine said about not book and the cancellation of your date: " Please be aware that if you do not confirm your wedding in the next three months, the wedding request will be automatically canceled."
