OK my place is just a condo. We are between places right now. His is on the market so we can live in mine full time. This market sucks for selling right now. But, our plan is to sell his and live in mine for another 2 years and then build. Right now, we are at his during the week and mine on the weekend.

This is going to sound funny, but my favorite room in our house is the Laundry room. LOL. We have been redecorating and renovating the whole house for the past 6 weeks, so the rest of the house is in shambles.

 

We repainted and got a new HE W/D set and added the cabinets. I love them so far, they have a steam setting in both the W & D.

 

 

 

 

I'll post more as we finish projects. We are almost done with our master closet. We completely re-did it with elfa shelving from container store.

Everyone has such beautiful homes I love houses...sometimes I look at model homes on the weekends!

 

This is our first house...it was actually a 1bd/1ba condo. It was super cheap in SF, but it was a DUMP! I had to post pics of it b/c John and I totally remodeled it ourselves! Changed the flooring and everything! I love the painting behind us...John bought it for me when he went to Brazil. Here it is...

 

These are pics of the house we live in now. It was built in the 50s, and is small, only 2bd/1ba. We have an "in-law" down stairs, which we rent out. It is 2bd/1ba also. The bathroom pic is from the in-law. My favorite room is our kitchen. Our view in our family room is not too shabby. On a clear day, you can see the 2 towers of the Golden Gate Bridge.

i love looking at pics of other peoples' houses...i still look at houses that are up for sale to see the decor!

i'll take you on a tour of our house...it's a 4bdrm, 2 bath colonial built in the 1920s. the previous owners had no sense of style, so we had to revamp...
