I am a critical care nurse working in the Medical ICU/Coronary Care Unit. It is interesting but can be very stressful.

 

I worked for 5 years as a flight attendant for Delta before I went back to school for nursing. That was a lot of fun but the industry got a bit rough after 9/11. I miss all the travel opportunities though and I hate having to pay for airfare.

I am a nursing student (RN) and work at a local hospital (same one as Sarah!) on the Oncology Unit. I did not realize we had as many nurses as we do!

Surprising we don't have more teachers or finance people. I work in a factory manufacturing electroni controllers for automotives. My job function is working with design to introduce new products into the factory - project management type of work. Paul does management consulting. We're both looking for new jobs actually but the whole industry is not doing so well. So we're just grateful that we have a job.

Don't go avaya. Company history has become really unstable in the last 10 years. If you guys ever do look into replacing the system, let me know. Plus, I worked with a ton of vendors in your area and can recommend a company who will give phenomenal support after the install is done.

IT Consultant for an IT and management consulting firm ... basically, my life consists of long flight delays, long hotel stays, no permanent office since I am always working at client offices ... ...still like my career though!!

Right now I work on a newer show called "Color Correction." I used to work on "House Hunters" and "House Hunters International" and sometimes I story-edit for "My House is Worth What"

I'm a Speech Pathologist. For the past year I've worked in a local hospital. I work primarly with adult patients with swallowing and langauge problems cause by brain injury/stroke. But before that I worked in homes and schools with children with disabilities. I want to open my own Late Night Dessert Cafe, I'll even do a few wedding cakes.

Reading some of everyone's jobs makes me feel like I'm reading my resume, much of our careers have a lot in common. it's cool.
