I just got married there and I can tell you I worried about nothing!

Claudia does this all the time and really does tailor it to your needs.

 

My suggestion is to go through the contract which has all of your choices and make sure that you know what they have available. Most of that is on their site now... took me forever to get all of the files, but they have them under their wedding area.

 

Send her your choices and if you choose to change something once you get there I think it is do-able. Just keep in mind some flowers need to be ordered in advance if you are wanting certain types. Mine were all available.

 

She will spend whatever time you need reviewing it once you get there.
