Welcome! What's your name (or I can just call you Mexico15!)? You must be getting so excited - your wedding date is coming up soon! What else do you have left to do, or are you pretty much done with all of the details?

 

I am getting married at Las Caletas in Puerto Vallarta, but am staying at and having my welcome dinner at Dreams. I would love to see any pictures you have or hear about your Dreams experiece so far. I've been waiting for the WC to get back from vacation, so I haven't talked to her yet.

Hello Ann! My name is Haley. I have lots to still plan, but mainly for our reception when we return. I have talked on and off with the Dreams WC, but she doesn't seem to answer all of my questions. She is very vague in her answers, so it is hard to know what I need to be planning for. I guess I will do most of the planning/decoration/extras when we get there.

Las Caletas is very beautiful! Your wedding is going to be stunning! What do you have left to do? Do you have a big group going with you? Is your welcome dinner planned already or is that what you are waiting for when she returns?

I have a few pics Marilu (WC) sent to me regarding pics of wedding locations, and some extra options (ie. candles, etc.) She also sent me the spa pricing and packages. Not sure if you would need any of those, but let me know if you might.

Haley - I'd love to see the pictures! I haven't even started talking to the WC yet, I'm just getting started planning this part of the wedding. I am specifically interested in the different location that have where I might be able to have my dinner. I will PM you my email address ... thanks!

 

I always love to hear positive things about Las Caletas - I've never been there! I haven't even started with any of the details yet for the wedding - I just told the WC to let me know when we need to start. I've just been gathering a ton of ideas from this site. We invited about 120 people (including 30+ kids) but really expect somewhere around 50 people to attend.

 

I can't wait to share notes!

Ahhh, everytime I hear mention of PV weddings I think of all the stars who got married there (I believe Mario Lopez & Ali Landry, Sarah Michelle Gellar & Freddy Prince Jr., Heidi Klum & Seal) and I get so exicted for you guys. Ann, Amy, Haley and all you other PV brides are going to have a stunning, beautiful wedding and I just can't wait for all your weddings to take place so that I can see pics, pics, and more pics!!! Okay I think I have "wedding high".
