I would love to see some of your pictures! Can we see some pictures of you and your honey? Also, do you have any of your decorations at the beach gazebo and at seagrapes? What kind of decorating did you do at the Seagrapes?

 

I'm so glad you had a wonderful time and that is so cool you were upgraded to the deluxe suit (do you think giving someone a nice tip would help to get upgraded to a deluxe suite?)

Welcome back and Congratulations! I too am now considering the seagrape (if it is available) instead of the disco after reading your review.

To have our reception at Seagrape, My first question to Chandlyn, was "Can I have an outdoors reception"? This was the first place she suggested and it was at no extra cost. We were late starting dinner, and I really did think 6:30 - 8 was long enough, but we didn't get down there until 9. The dj was paid for 3 hrs so it didn't matter to him to stay until 12, and we just tipped the bartender to stay late too. I'm not not sure what your plans are for the dinner - speaches etc. But to request a 9pm start might be too late......

We didn't decorate too fancy at Seagrape. They brought down tables, with table clothes and candles, and the flowers from ceremony were put on them. It looked great - but again, nothing fancy.

I didn't - I guess it was available, and they will give the best room that there is at the time! They are all so friendly!!!!

WOW!!!!!!!! Your pictures are gorgeous! You have totally gotten me sooo excited!!!! I kept hitting the refresh button hoping for more J. After seeing your pics I think I’m going to skip the runner too…. And I am definitely going to do a reception at the Seagrape….. Again, WOW it looks perfect, they are totally inspirational destination wedding pictures.

First of all, congratulations! Your pics are amazing, you look so beautiful and really happy.

 

Okay so a couple of questions:

1. was the reception set up right on the beach

2. I heard that getting to the Seagrapes you have to go down alot of steps, is that true? I have quite a few older people and concerned about them.

3. I see that you had a 2pm wedding (mine too). Did you find the wait time between the ceremony and the reception noticeably long??

 

I'm feeling more comfortable about using Michael, the photographer now that I've seen you pics....thx!
