Bought my dress yesterday!

It looks amazing, a long veil with sparkly bits would bring out the sparkle in the back of the dress as you are walking down the aisle and when you are outside. How will you wear your hair?

Personally, for the veil, I'd go for a single tier fingertip, tapered, with little or no embellishment on the veil, but with pretty detail on the edging. It will allow you to see thru the veil to the detail at the back of the dress with no distraction, and then you'll have a nice bit of detail at the edging where it just covers your tush.

I only plan on wearing it for the ceremony. I do worry about the cathedral blowing in the wind because we will be outside, but the women at the bridal shop suggested that because its so long I could gather it in my arms if it blew too much.

The dress is stunning --- so beautiful! I agree about the veil ... I think that the cathedral may be too traditional for the dress ... a very sheer finger tip would allow the details of the back to really shine ...

I think a birdcage veil would look great with this dress! it's a trendy dress and something different and hip will add to it's unique style. Love it!!!
