Yep...they come in a package of 5 (the holder & strap). Thanks for all the compliments ladies, it was the easiest DIY project I have done so far!

Love these! I love having your guests name on the tags. Oriental Trading offers some nice luggage tags at very reasonable prices.

They are so cute
