Hi Ladies, its been a while, I was reading your post to catch up. @ Carolina13, no I still have not received my contract with the exact price. On the web site the prices are the same. I have confirmed the gazebo for 6:00pm I wanted  7:00pm but was told it was not available. My guest have started booking with my TA. We have a group rate for the resort but the air fare is still not out, I'm praying its not to high!!!!!! I have so much to say but I gotta get out of here. Hi everyone! I am new to this site and my wedding is booked for January 2013! We are so excited but I have so many questions!! My WC gave me a 2:00 or a 5:00 at the gazebo, and I really wanted 3:00 but it was taken. I'm afraid if I pick 5:00 then by the time we get around to doing pictures it will be too dark. Any suggestions? I am also shocked that just for the drapes in the gazebo are $500!!! Just wondering if it would look too plain without them???

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this site and getting married January 2013. I feel like I have a thousand questions to ask!! It seems a bit overwhelming when you can't actually be there to plan it ahead of time. My biggest struggle is whether to marry at the gazebo at 2:00 or 5:00??? I'm afraid if I pick 5:00, that the pictures will be dark since sunset is 6:00 and they may take awhile. Any suggestions?

Hi, I am getting married on 10-12-12 in Dreams Punta Cana. I am also in the mist of all the planning. Currently trying to figure out the flowers and cake. That is my stress because without seeing options in person it is really difficult to imagine. What are you doing about flowers and cake?

I also added drapes to the gazebo... and I know it's expensive!! I don't think it looks bad without it but it does add a little something extra

I sent my coodinator a powerpoint with images of the flowers and cake that I wanted and she said it was "do-able" I am nervous but I sent plenty of pictures for them to reference... If you're not on Pinterest yet.. I totally recommend! Great site for wedding ideas. I pulled alot of my images from there.

For those who have already confirmed their wedding date at the Dreams resort, besides filling out the reservation form did your coordinator send you an authorization letter you need to sign or did you all have to just write something out and submit it? How long after it was submitted did it take to confirm your date? Thanks!
