If the resort has a downfall, it's getting a hold of Charm! It is nearly impossible. But I have talked to a few brides from there and they all tell me that when you get to the resort she is great and gives you tons of attention. They also say that the ambiance of the resort and great staff make up for having a difficult time getting in touch with her while planning. It can definately be frustrating at times though.
I still have quite a bit to plan, but I also have done TONS of research on the resort so if you have any questions please ask! And here's a tip: If Charm doesn't reply to your emails or calls, send a message to the contact on SATPs website and they will make sure Charm gets in touch with you!
