Musicians - ROR Question

Hi, Girls

 

I'm getting married at the Riu on May 19th.

 

I've found a string quartet that I'm going to hire to play for the ceremony - about 1 hour. Does anyone know if I'll have to pay the day pass for each of them. They will, literally, only be there for one hour. We are not having our reception there, so they won't be staying for food/drink, etc.

 

Has anyone had any experience with this?

From what I've heard, they may not even be able to get onto the property and if they do you will most likely have to pay. Hope not but you may want to ask Chandlyn (and get it in writing) before you hire them.
