So sorry to hear about your stress. I wish I could tell you somthing motiviating and uplifting. I also work in a hospital (probably not far from you) and it was a topic of discussion at lunch today. I feel bad for both the Nurses and aides because you guys are both really over worked. I see it all the time. People not liking their jobs and not respecting their jobs. Maybe if you say something like " while i do this can you do this" I don't know. Good luck.
