I have already found people on this forum with the dates May 15 (my first choice) and May 8 (my second choice) ... no reply from the Dreams Cancun WC yet though, so I'm not sure if different times are available those days.

I could swing a Thursday, May 14. Monday, May 25 is somewhat possible but definitely not ideal.
