That sounds buetifull. I love the foliage up north in the fall. Do you ever watch chronicle? They cover some of the prettiest spots in New England. I'm a huge fan of North Conway New Hampshire and I also love the Killington area of Vermont. Its great because you are still out there but still close enough to great food and a good atmosphere.

Oh - that will be so lovely. One of the best things about having a DW is getting everyone together. It makes your wedding more than just a day and is SUCH a memorable experience.

 

As a recent bride - the one piece of advice that I can offer you is to help your son and FDL by answering as many of the guests questions as possible.

 

I loved having my friends and family there, but (as I just posted in another thread) it didn't get to enjoy Cabo until the day of the wedding. Our phone rang off the hook and people even expected us to take them to Costco or to the airport to pick up the rental car that they didn't think they would want but just decided they did.

 

People just don't think about all the details the bride and groom are dealing with and about how they are trying to be great hosts to everyone which means very little time spent with anyone. You really could be a godsend if you alleviated just a little bit of that pressure for them. My sister-in-law eventually sent a note to everyone's room saying, "if you have any questions at all, I'm here to help." That helped!
