It is almost like you are chastising me for asking a question. Yes, I have searched and I read as much as I can get my hands on. However, there are threads several pages long and don't directly answer my specific questions.
This message board is wonderful, but it has really irritated me seeing that done to other people as well.

Read through these two posts & you will understand why I replied the way I did. My reply was not intended to be rude at all & I feel I was very friendly. Our moderators works very hard to keep this forum organized. We are all trying to work together to keep down the frequency of repetitive posts.

Thanks Morgan!

JHarwood2Be: Members do not realize the HOURS a day us moderators spend trying to keep this forum organized. We are really trying to encourage people to search and cut down on the repetitive posts. This will make our job much easier. I do not think Morgan was rude at all, and for the record what is irritating you?

Dear ms. JHarwood2be,
Hello, I'm sorry to say that your comment was rude to Morgan. She was doing you the favor in suggesting not to post threads that are repetitive. We as members and moderators have asked several newbies and other members to use the search button to try to answer various questions which have been asked SEVERAL times. If you don't find the answer you are searching for or is not to your liking then we ask you to PM older members who can give you the answers or you can search more specifically.
There are answers to almost all questions regarding weddings on this forum.
Please do not emphasize that she or we are not being kind or not helpful, since that is false. This is a friendly community and we help one another.

Here is a thread where they have talked about the pros & cons of both. Please do a search before posting something. We are trying to minimize the number of repetitive threads on this forum. You are in luck- the dreams resorts may be the most popular on the forum. You will find tons of information.

JHarwood2Be- Morgan is correct. She is not trying to "chastise" you, she is just assiting in making sure the forum runs smoothly. As for searching through long threads, there is also a search tool you can use once you open a thread (above right) "search thread".
