red face when exercising

hi, girls

 

i was wondering if any of you experience an extremely red/hot face after a good workout.

 

i'm in pretty good shape (lots of cardio), but my face turns bright red/gets really hot when i have a hard workout.

 

is this normal? i have really low blood pressure (90/70) - so I don't think its related to high blood pressure or anything.

 

i look so weird walking out of the gym - people always ask if i'm ok.

My old roommate used to turn bright red after "having relations" haha with her boyfriend. We used to tease her to no end. I think she turned really red after cardio too. Are your fair complected? Maybe it has more to do with your skin tone. But I'm no doc.

I turn really red after working out and stuff like that too. Im not fair complected so I dont think it has to do with that, but who knows.

 

Good question though. Im curious too.

Yes, my face does this too!!! It'll be really wierd cuz my neck with be fine, just my face is red. It's kind of creepy!

I get this a little but my sister gets it REALLY BAD. And she was a Division I college athlete in amazing shape and still got it. So, I think you shouldn't worry -- it just happens to some people!

I get this.. red blotchy face (looks like I've been crying without the puffy).. anyhow, I'm not in great shape but the trainer said it wouldn't go away.. it's just like how some people blush more than others..

 

you aren't the only freak at the gym.. lol

haha!! I get it too! It's nice to be at the gym all sweaty and red and you see some chic with make-up on trying to look all cute, then you see yourself in the mirror - - great!

I get really red too after I work out...don't know why. I also get really, really red after I drink, go figure.

My face gets extremely red from exercise, drinking, being in the sun for 5 minutes, etc. I have very skin and am part Irish so I always thought that was the reason.
