Need Opinions - Reception Bar - Special Circumstance...

Recommended Posts

So, for a heavy drinker I would figure 4 drinks/hour, minimum.

And with a signature bev, I'd still up the wine and beer, but not all the way - some people won't want your signature bev, and you don't want to run out of other options.

I guess, actually, that's the key - you don't want to run out. So make a guess at what you want, and then get 10-20% more.

I think it would be a good idea to up the quantity of wine. It's better to have too much then to run out of alcohol at your wedding.

You'll have so much fun testing out your signature drinks. *yummy* Let us know which one you choose. I'll be sure to have one after my little one is born.

That martini sounds great! And the Blue Hawaiian is a classic. Either would be really festive.

Sometimes weddings make light drinkers drink more than usual, so I would plan for 3-4 drinks/hour. Like Aimee said it's better to have too much than sending someone on a wine run midway into the reception.

Plus in Hawaii everything is so expensive and AI's are scarce, this may be the only chance your guests get at all-inclusive drinking LOL and they may call your bluff and take advantage of it!
