High Blood Pressure Advice?

Thanks for the help ladies! So far there have been to RX from the Dr - just the advice to make some changes. I think a monitor would be a good idea - so that he can really know how he is doing.

He doesn't have any other medical conditions, and he isn't sure about family history as he is adopted.

Bananas are supposed to help high blood pressure (2 a day)

yes bananas, the potassium is suppose to help, but don't overdo potassium

My FI is also in the same place and what he has done is cut down on soda intake and on coffee. (Which he drinks WAY to much of).
