Interesting recipe! I love diet coke and cake too but it's kind of wierd to put them together. I made them today and they are actually really good but super moist and fall apart really easily.

I recently heard of this through Hungry Girl. She actually says you can do it with other cake mixes and sodas, like vanilla cake and diet lemon lime soda (ie Sprite and 7-Up). I still haven't tried it yet though.

i havent tried making these yet...but i did make the brownies with a can of black beans...they came out so delicious...didnt taste the beans at all..believe it was 2 points a brownie...

I actually made this recently. I used yellow cake mix and a can of diet Sprite. It came out really good. I will definitely make it again. My next recipe I want to try is a can of pumpkin in brownie mix (not sure if I need to add anything else but I don't think so).

 

I heard of the black bean brownies. I have a recipe for them at home somewhere. Honestly they sound really weird, but I heard really good things about them.
