Thanks for the idea!  I wonder if it would work with any carbonated beverage (for those of us that don't drink soda)?.....

I'm going to try this. They also have a recipe that is one can pumpkin one cake mix two Tbs water and bake as normal. You can't taste the pumpkin and it keeps the cupcakes really moist.
